The receptionist will be responsible for: professional service of hotel guests according to the applicable standards, completing necessary formalities related to the guest's stay at the hotel (check-in, check-out, settling the accommodation payment, issuing sales documents), making reservations, computer operation, reservation system use, cooperation with other hotel departments.

We expect candidates to have:

• at least a secondary education, higher education is preferred;
• good knowledge of English, knowledge of an additional foreign language will be an advantage;
• computer skills (Word, Excel);
• readiness to work in a shift system 7:00-19:00 and 19:00-7:00;
• ability to establish contact with guests;
• impeccable appearance and high personal culture;
• ability to work in a team, availability;
• experience in a similar position will be an additional advantage.

The employee's responsibilities will include:

• preparing dishes in accordance with the applicable standards;
• maintaining cleanliness and an attractive appearance in the workplace according to established procedures; 
• ensuring the highest quality of services provided;
• maintaining good working relationships with the team.

The room attendant will be responsible for assisting in maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, and order in hotel rooms and public areas in accordance with the hotel's requirements and standards.
